How about some skins

Please install some skins. I've got to get rid of this black.

I'm not sure if we can have different skins set up, we might have to settle for just the one. That being said, by no means do we have to use this particular one. It was basically the first high contrast one I found.

What type of color sceme would you guys prefer? We can try different things.

Tried something a bit different based on votes so far...

Just get something readable. Dull colors on a black background might look 1337 but I"m not going to spend much time here if I can barely read the messages.

Funnily enough, my reasoning for choosing a dark background initially was just for that same goal: better readability. Personally I find a dark background with light text much easier on the eyes. But that's different for everyone!

I've read in the support section that there is a way to have multiple skins with some scripts, but that recent changes have made this not work anymore. Once they update that I'll look into getting this sorted so we can have a couple of choices to suit our personal needs as much as possible .

Well if i had my way it would be dark green background with light blue text! ^_^ Got my entire laptop set so that most pages are like that anyways lol

Haha, sounds like the entire internet back in the 90s.

Whatever you do, just make it readable. I probably won't want to stay here if I have to highlight every line and squint at it.
